The Kames Country Club is a family run business that was established in 1993 and is now being offered to the market for the first time as a retirement sale.
   Kames Country Club, which is situated in a marvellous Lanarkshire countryside setting, has panoramic views of the Pentland and Tinto Hills and is ideally located for both Glasgow and Edinburgh being approximately a 40 minute drive.
   The Championship Mouse Valley course opened in July 1993; a mature and attractive parkland course, 18 holes, 6413 yards, par 71. The Kames Course was added in 1999 with contoured greens requiring accurate mid to short iron play, 18 holes, 3514 yards, par 62.
   The state-of-the-art coaching centre enables the golfer to take advantage of the indoor 30 ft square putting/chipping area with a six bay floodlit driving range.
   The purpose built clubhouse provides the perfect venue for both golfers and diners; with panoramic views over the courses, you can enjoy the cuisine and delights of the clubhouse.
   The club has a current membership of 400 adults and enjoys the status of having one of Scotland’s largest Junior Sections.
   The decision to sell Kames Country Club has been very difficult for the owner who is keen to ensure that the club is sold and continues to operate in the same manner.

There is also an opportunity for the development of a hotel/chalet complex.
